Beginning immediately: New meeting location for Sabino Arundo volunteers.

We have a new parking and meeting location for Sabino Canyon Arundo
volunteers: Beginning immediately, Arundo volunteers’ new free parking
area will be in the old gun club space, which will soon be the new
overflow parking lot.

Sorry about the last-minute change, we just learned about it today.
For all Arundo volunteer events, including next Sun., Dec. 6, we will
park at the new location, sign in and walk out to our work sites from
there.

To get to the new location, continue north on N. Sabino Canyon Rd.
past the Sabino Canyon visitor center entrance. Take a right turn at
the next road, which is signed “Southern Arizona Rescue Association.”
Go right and drive a short distance to an open gate on the left.
Through the open gate up a short gravel road and you will be at the
new location.

Long story short, volunteers were taking up too much visitor center
parking space during this busy time of year.
